Security Standards

CityPay store card data for accounting and card scheme requirements for up to 2 years. Card numbers are stored with 256 bit encryption and split knowledge management procedures for access to data. CityPay do not store the CV2 security code at any stage of the processing stage and is only presented for authorisation.

Merchant Data Access

Merchants are able to report against transactions however, merchants and retailers, only see a masked version of your card number such as. 452381******0541.
