Please note that you may supply spaces in the card number for ease of use. The security code is also known as the CSC, CV2 or CVV2 and will appear on the back of your card as the last 3 digits. The start date and issue number is required for some cards, if your card has this information, please enter this information aswell otherwise your card may be declined for no apparent reason. You may also find that a transaction may be declined when this information is provided and is not required. Therefore please only provide these details if your card contains them.
The name on card field is your name as it appears on the card and may also be used to validate the card.
This section completes the billing details which is may be already completed by the information provided by your merchant. Please check these details as they may be used to validate the processing of your transaction is for the same address as on record with your bank. Transactions may be declined if either the postcode or address is invalid.
The following information will aid you in successfully providing the correct billing details for your card.
Please enter the details of your billing address and postcode. This address should be the address that your card statements are sent to by your card issuer. Failure to provide a correct address will result in a transaction being declined. Please enter your address correctly however do not concern your self with punctuation or white space as this is stripped out before submission for authorisation.
