Card Security Code Help

The following information will aid you in successfully providing the correct security code for your card.

Please note that the security code is also known as : CSC, CV2 or CVV2 number.

The card security code is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on your debut or credit card. The security number is not available on your magnetic strip or your chip so it is unique to the printed card itself.

Location

The majority of cards excluding American Express position the security code on the back of the card on the signature strip and is 3 digits in length. American Express however locate this number on the front of the card above the account number.
